Phil Washburn has a master’s degree in Counseling from The American University in Washington DC and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in The State of West Virginia since 1991. Besides providing psychotherapy services he has managed mental health related programs in Maryland, Ohio and West Virginia. He has experience in family systems intervention, chemical dependency treatment and is an eligible provider of the EMDR trauma processing method.
